The Physical Investigation And Analysis Of Relevant Factors Of Patients With Adenomyosis

Purpose: By Clinical investigation of patients with adenomyosis, to explore thepredisposition of adenomyosis, adenomyosis and the relationship of the physical type andthe incidence of related factors. According to the survey results,we could explore theeffective prevention and treatment measures.Method: Following the Survey Research Methods of Clinical Epidemiology, andapplying standardized physical scale and nine kinds of Chinese medicine using a generalquestionnaire,we could conducted a questionnaire survey on adenomyosis patients andhealthy women to establish the corresponding database, using the SPSS systeminformation for statistical analysis.Results:1.Physical type of the study group accounted for the top four, followed bythe quality of qi–stagnation, phlegm-dampness,qi-deficiency, and blood stasis. Ninekinds of physical type of the study group and control group were statistically testing, qi–stagnation, phlegm-dampness, blood stasis and quality of gentleness difference wasstatistically significant.2.Individuals can more than one type of physical and foldersconstitution. Qi deficiency up to and folders physical, such as Qi deficiency and qi–stagnation, Qi deficiency and phlegm–dampness，Qi deficiencyf and blood stasis in thephysical and folders.3, The survey found that31-45year-old is the stage of adenomyosismultiple ages;36-40-year-old is the stage of the adenomyosis high age.4In the studygroup dietary factors of sweet, greasy, emotional factors of irritable, sentimental,melancholy,and significant pressure in our life and work significantly higher than thecontrol group, the difference was statistically significance.Conclusion:1、The physique of qi–stagnation, phlegm-dampness and blood stasis isadenomyosis predisposition.2, The incidence of adenomyosis are closely related withphysical, age, character and emotions, diet, pressure and other factors.3, The constitution has adjustable for the predisposition to take appropriate preventive and treatmentmeasures, and it is effective method for the prevention and treatment of adenomyosis.
