0bjective:Comparison of reptroperitoneal laparoscopic operation and traditional opensurgery after the degree of insulin resistance to determine reptroperitoneal laparoscopicoperation of tissue trauma even smaller.Methods:Forty-one cases were divided into two groups according to the operative way, retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation(21),and open operation(20). Blood sampleswere taken preoperatively and at the end of the surgery. The following parameters weremeasured and compared within each group and between groups:preoperative andpostoperative glucose, insulin, insulin resistance index, insulin secretion index andinsulin sensitivity index.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age and body mass index between thetwo groups of patients(P>0.05).2.Comparison between two groups of patients: RL group and OP group preoperativeand postoperative72hours insulin resistance index, insulin secretion index, insulinsensitivity index was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Postoperative and24hours insulin secretion index was no significantdifference(P>0.05),Postoperative and24hours Insulin resistance index, insulinsensitivity index were significantly different(P<0.01). Conclusion:Compared with the conventional operation, retroperitoneal laparoscopicoperation can significantly reduce postoperative IR.
