Compared with preoperative blood series, all the preoperative and postoperative article 1,4, fasting glucose and fasting insulin index.ResultsThe first postoperative 1,4, fast track surgery and laparoscopic surgery surgical treatment group and the traditional homa-ir, the IAI significantly (P<0.05). Laparoscopic surgical and fast track surgical group between homa-ir, the IAI is no statistically significant (P>0.05). The first postoperative recovery 4 and laparoscopic surgical approach and preoperative homa-ir, the IAI is no significant difference (P> 0.05).ConclusionThe application of laparoscopic surgery and fast track surgery can significantly reduce colorectal cancer surgery insulin resistance level. And fast track surgery and laparoscopic surgery surgical comparison between groups had no significant difference degree of insulin resistance.
