The Related Research Of Stroke Patients’ Self-care Agency,Subjective Well-being And Depression

Objective1. To know the general situation and Influencing factors the level of the stroke patients’depression.2.Through the investigaion,describe to the stroke patients’level of self-care agency,subjective well-being and depression.3. It’s further to make the effctive nursing measure and ease and control the depression symptom,to analyse the relation about the stroke patients’self-care agency,subjective well-being and depression,in order to, improve the patient’s level of mental state health;we provide the reference basis to make patients cooperate with treatment progressively,to enhance the patients’life qualities and society orientation ability.MethodsTo adopt the description relativity research design,we have investigated260stroke patients of the four hospitals which are3A in Harbin with simple sampling method and questionnaire survey.we also have surveied stroke patients’depression,self-care agency and subjective well-being with Zung’s Self-Rating Depression Scale,The Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale,Memor ial University of Newfoundland and Scale of Happiness.The statistical research data has been analysed with SPSS17.0and operated it through the description statistics analysis method which uses the Pin number distribute^average number,Sigma and the prediction of statistics and analyze method of the list factor analysis,return analysis,Pearson or Spearman’s related analysis,partial correlation analysis.Results1.There’re168patients who’re depression in236stroke patients,82patients who’re light depression,61patients who’re medium depression,25patients who’re heavy depression.2.The level of stroke depression has many factors to affectsuch as general data(sex,age,marriage,wages,medical paying, condition,hospitalization environment and medical treatment service of evaluation),self-care agency (ego concept,self-care sense of responsibility,health knowledge level,self-care agency),total level of subjective well-being.3.Many stroke patients’self-care agency are medium (93.36±14.45).The stroke patients’self-care agency and depression Pearson’s related analysis.there’re negative relationships among the ego concept,self-care agency,health knowledge level and positive to self-care sense of responsibility in the stroke patients’depression and self-care agency and its four dimensions.Their related coefficients are-0.307,-0.345,-0.362,-0.220,0.199(P<0.01)4.There’re Pearson’s related analysis between depression’s scores and every dimensions of subjective well-being.There’re negative relationships among the total happiness,positive emotion,positive experience and positive to negative emotion and negative experience in depression,self-care agency and its five dimensions. Their related coefficients are-0.655,-0.538,-0.448,0.431,0.530(P<0.01).The depression belongs to the scope of negative emotion and the stroke patients’depression can directly make their subjective well-being low.5.In partial correlation analysis,the stroke patients’self-care agency had no statistical relation to depression when to eliminate the effect of subjective well-being.and the stroke patients’subjective well-being was negative to depression when to eliminate the effect of self-care agency(P<0.05), the coefficient of partial correlation analysis are-0.318(P<0.01).And the stroke patients’subjective well-being was positive to self-care agency when to eliminate the effect of depression.The coefficient of partial correlation analysis are0.249(P<0.05).Conclusions1.There factors such as:sex,age,marriage,wages,medical paying,condition,hospitalization environment and medical treatment service of evaluation are the effective factors of the stroke patients’depression level or their self-care agency or their subjective well-being.their differences were worked in statistics(P<0.05).The nurses can aim to look after the stroke patients when these factors are more dangerous characters.2.This research has found that the patients’subjective well-being were negative to depression.The more subjective well-being,the less depression.Th e patients’self-care agency were negative to depression.The more self-care agency,the less depression.The stroke patients can be affected by the subjective well-being and the self-care agency.3.The relationships between the stroke patients’self-care agency and depression are related to how much the subjective well-being is.The subjective well-being is positive to the self-care agency and has intimate relation with depression.
