Objective:Through observing the clinical efficacy of cluster needling of scalp point with rehabilitation technique treatment on upper extremity peripheral nerve injury, in order to provide new ideas and methods for functional recovery after peripheral nerve injury.Methods:60cases of upper extremity peripheral nerve injury patients who meet the standards were randomly allocated into2groups:the treatment group and the control group. On the basis of the conventional nerve medication, the cluster needling of scalp point with rehabilitation group received the cluster needling of scalp acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation training and the control group received the body acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation training. The cluster needling of scalp acupuncture select the top area and the top front area, and the body acupuncture select acupoints along meridians and local points-based:radial nerve injury select Jian Yu, Qu Chi, Yang Xi, He Gu; median nerve injury select Nei Guan, Qu Ze; Ulnar nerve injury select Hou Xi, Wan Gu and other aspects. We evaluate the two groups of patients with basic functions (motor and sensory function), practical function (hand function), neurological and electrophysiological and other aspects after8weeks of treatment.Results:1. There were significant differences of basic function before and after treatment (P<0.05). The cluster needling of scalp point with rehabilitation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).2. There were significant differences of hand function scores before and after treatment (P<0.05). The cluster needling of scalp point with rehabilitation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).3. There were significant differences of nerve conduction velocity and amplitude before and after treatment (P<0.05). The cluster needling of scalp point with rehabilitation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). 4. The cluster needling of scalp point with rehabilitation group was superior to the control group in the practical function assessment after treatment (P<0.05).5. The cluster needling of scalp point with rehabilitation group was superior to the control group in the nerve electrophysiological efficacy after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The cluster needling of scalp point with rehabilitation technique can effectively improve the limb function of patients with peripheral nerve injury,2.The cluster needling of scalp point with rehabilitation technique can significantly improve the nerve electrophysiological parameters after peripheral nerve injury, thus promoting the recovery of peripheral injury nerve. |
