Survey And Progress In Modern Research Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective:The etiology of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion is complex, there are still many unknown causes in recent years, the etiology is one of the hotspots in Obstetrics and Gynecology research, the author makes a retrospective analysis and sunmmary hope that this can help clinical health care workers in diseaseunderstanding, diagnosing and treating the disease.Methods:The author searched papers in which the keywords is ’Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion’,’Habitual Abortion’, Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion’,’Hatai’,’Recurrent Sponiaeous Abortion’,’Unexplaned Reeurrent Spontaneous Abortion in CNKI and PubMed’From January2007to March2012The author analyzed and summarized the overview and progrss of RSA in Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the past five years, and analyzed three cases in our hospital,at the same time,the author introduced her tutor’s clinical experiences, for exchanging and investigatingResults:Excluding the etiology of RSA that can be identified in the clinical, including genetic, anatomical, endocrine, environmental, infection, male factor, there are still nearly1/2of the RSA patients with unknown etiology, mostly related to immune-type factors. In Traditional Chinese Medicine its etiology and pathogenesis is divided into two aspects of fetus and maternal.It is related with the dysfunction of kidney, spleen, liver and heart, the imbalance of qi and blood, Chong and Ren. In modern Chinese gynecology medicine,doctors did a large number of experimental and clinical studies of RSA, combining with Western medicine techniques, respectively,and did deap studise in ’bianzheng and treatment’,’bianbing and treatment’,’oral administration combineing outside regulating’,’Integrative Western medicine and TCM’in treating RSA. In Western medicine,except treating for causes in patients who have been find out the causes, the rest is mostly treating with immunotherapy.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of RSA is complexed,and it is related with genetic, anatomical, endocrine, environmental, male factor infection,elt. At present, except most causing treatments, the othoers are used immunotherapy treatment. However, the diagnosis and treatment methods is limited, we need to continue go deep into study.In TCM the etiology of this disease is mainly because kidney weakness, in otherwise, Spleen and Stomach weakness, qi and blood deficiency, liver qi stagnation, kidney and heart uncoordinated, etc. The manily treatment is replenishing the kidney,at the same time, replenishing the Spleen and Stomach, qi and blood,dredging the liver qi,and communication with heart and kidney are also its treatment. TCM has a big advantage in the treating RSA,but the treatment mechanism is to be further explored.
