| Objective:to observe the benefit of bolt capsule for red brain of lacunar cerebral infarction (Iacunar infarction) clinical curative effect, discusses the causes of the disease and pathogenesis treatment principle, to determine the clinical value.Methods:will meet eligibility criteria of60patients randomized double-blind divided into two groups.30cases in treatment group, oral benefit of red brain bolt capsule;30cases in, oral pulse the capsule bolt, period of treatment are for21days. Compare two sets of patients with symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment changes, and testing blood fat, hemorheology indices and transcranial doppler ultrasound (TCD) change. Statistical analysis from SPSS15.0software for processing, measurement data using t-test, counting material used chi-square test, compares the clinical curative effect Ridit inspection.Results:clinical curative effect:the benefit of bolt capsule for red brain LI the total effective rate was96.7%,76.7%of the much better than control group (P<0.05).(1) traditional Chinese medicine symptoms:treatment group TCM symptoms, signs are improving, and much better than control group (P<0.05).(2) the blood rheology: treatment group on blood rheology of the index lower much better than control group (P<0.05).(3) blood fat:treatment group of TC, TG reduce, to hdl-c leel increases were significantly better than control group (P<0.05).(4) transcranial doppler ultrasound: treatment group to the improvement of the mean blood flow velocity is much better than control group (P<0.05). In safety test and adverse reaction of aspects:two groups of patients with liver, kidney function before and after treatment were not see exception, with high security, two groups of patients did not appear any adverse reactions.Conclusion:the benefit of bolt capsule for red brain treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction symptoms, and taking the convenience, safe, easy to clinical widely. |
