The Clinical Syudy Acupuncture Combined With Head And Body Points On Sensorineural Deafness

Sensorineural deafness (Sensorineural Deafness, referred to as SND) lesions were located in the hair cells of Corti, the auditory nerve or auditory central at all levels, barriers to voice the feelings and the transmission of nerve impulses, caused by hearing loss symptoms. SND is a more common disease. The clinical characteristics of the basic air conduction (AC), bone conduction (BC) hearing at the same time decreased. There is no more effective teatment for SND in both domestic and foreign. In this paper, SND were observed and compared the clinical features, head and body acupuncture and acupoint matching method and the general method of drug therapy for sensorineural deafness treatment effect.1. Objective:Observation and research of the acupuncture combined with head and body points on the treatment of sensorineural deafness.2. Method:Select60patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group30cases, total30ears; the control group of30cases, a total of30ears. The two groups were given conventional improve circulation drugs as a basis for treatment:Shuxuening20ml with saline0.9%250ml, once a day,28days a total of drip; The control group use the traditional needling; the treatment group use the acupuncture combined with head and body points,head points using Baihui penetratin Qubin, combined with body acupuncture on acupoints. The main points of using Baihui penetratin Qubin. Head acupoint needlingl-1.5inches,using150RPM twist. In accordance with the symptoms of selected acupoints acupuncture0.8-1.5inch. Facilities provided empirical Twist reducing method.applied deficiency mentioned interpolation twist fill method. When the patient feel the acupuncture feeling, we should stay the needle for50minutes. Intermediate use of reinforcing-reducing manipulations of acupuncturel times,1times a day, for28days.3. Result: (1) The result of pure tone audiometry showed two groups of patients have high scores before treatment. The contrast between the two groups showed no difference (P>0.05), the two groups were comparable. Before and after treatment in two groups of test score for group comparison, all two groups showed significant difference (P<0.01). The t test scores improved, before and after treatment in two groups had significant difference (P0.01).(2) Comparison of curative effect of treatment group and control group, treatment group total effectiveness90%, control group total efficiency60%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4. ConclusionThe acupuncture combined with head and body points in the treatment of SND have a high clinical value, it is worthy of popularization and Application.
