Clinical Observation Of Fucong Tongmai Kaiqiao Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Sensorineural Deafness And Tinnitus

Objective:Compare with the evaluate of therapeutic efficacy between Fucong Tongmai kaiqiao acupuncture and regular acupuncture on the sensorineural deafness and tinnitus.To observe the clinical effect of Fucong Tongmai kaiqiao acupuncture in treating sensorineural deafness and tinnitus.Methods:In this study,60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group by the random number table.The treatment group of 30 cases,30 patients were treated by Fucong Tongmai Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy;The control group of 30 cases were treatment by regular acupuncture therapy.Every patient of two groups acupuncture once a day,each time retaining needle for fifty minutes.Two weeks as one course and continual two treatment course.To compare the value of brainstem electric response audiometry and standard for evaluation of tinnitus before and after treatment,observe the clinical effect of Fucong Tongmai Kaiqiao acupuncture in treating sensorineural deafness and tinnitus.Results:1.To compare brainstem electric response audiometry and standard for evaluation of tinnitus:There is no significant difference between the two qroups before theatment,was not statistically significant.The two groups after treatment than before treatment were improved,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).It shows Fucong Tongmai kaiqiao acupuncture in treating sensorineural deafness and tinnitus is significantly.2.To compare total effective rate of nerve deafness:The effective rate in treatment group was 68% and it was better than that in the control group which was 58.33%(P< 0.05).3.To compare total effective rate of nerve tinnitus:The effective rate in treatment group was 79.63%,the control group was 62%.The treatment group was better than the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Fucong Tongmai Kaiqiao acupuncture can improve the value of brainstem electric response audiometry,and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Fucong Tongmai Kaiqiao acupuncture can improve standard for evaluation of tinnitus,and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The curative effect of Fucong Tongmai Kaiqiao acupuncture in treating sensorineural deafness and tinnitus is better than of regular acupuncture.
