The Clinical Observation Based On Motor Imagery With Acupuncyure And Rehabilitation In Treating Post-stroke Leading Upper Limb Functional Disorder

Purpose:To observe the effect of rehabilitation care and acupuncture combined with motor imagery on the upper extremity function of stroke patients.Method:Divide40cases into observe and compare group,20for each at random,Two groups both are given rehabilitation care and head and body acupuncture,on the basis,the treatment group given motor imagery. Once a day,15minutes.All patients were assessed with the Simple Test for Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) before and after the treatment.Result:After the treatment,scores of upper limb movement FMA and MBI of the two groups improved,that of the treatment group were superior to compare group.Conclusion:Motor imagery combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation care can improve stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction and improve the ability of daily life,this therapy can mobilize the patient initiative,enthusiasm,strengthen their subjective initiative.
