| Objective:To explor the Changes of organization structure of cardiac muscle and SODã€MDA content in model rats of ischemic reperfusion injury hyperlipemia by Acupuncture Preconditioning.Methods:24hyperlipidemic rats were randomly divided into4groups:sham operation group, ischemia reperfusion group (IR group), ischemic preconditioning group (IP group), acupuncture preconditioning group (acupuncture group). Establish ischemia reperfusion injury model rats by pushing tube. HE staining technique is used to examnin the change of organization structure of myocadium. The SODã€MDA content is determined.Results:1The results of HE staining showed that compared with other groups, pathological changes of cardiac tissue were more obvious in ischemia reperfusion group,whose tissue morphological changes were more obvious than preconditioning groups.Compared with ischemic preconditioning group, pathological changes of acupuncture preconditioning group reduced more significantly.2The results of SOD and MDA shows that compared with sham operation group, activity value of SOD and content value of MDA in ischemia reperfusion group were very significant different(P<0.01),and compared with ischemia reperfusion group, those value in acupuncture preconditioning group and ischemic preconditioning group were very significant different(P<0.01),and compared with ischemic preconditioning group, those value in acupuncture preconditioning group were significant different(P<0.05).Conclusions:lacupuncture preconditioning can effectively inhibit reperfusion of hyperlipidemia rat heart tissue pathological change, can improve the injury of myocardial tissue after, have repair effect2Acupuncture preconditioning can effectively increase ischemia reperfusion of hyperlipidemic rats serum SOD activity, reduce the content of MDA, scavenging oxygen free radicals, can relieve the ischemia reperfusion on myocardial damage. |
