| Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of the deproteinised calf blood extractives in refractory wound. Find out the feasibility and advantage of the treatment for refractory wound by this drug.Method This study involved14patients(28refractory wounds)who were treated in our department from November,2011to March,2012. The wounds were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group, each group had14refractory wounds, Using homebody comparison, the experimental group was handled with deproteinised calf blood extractives; while the control group were treated with vaseline gauze. Observation was made in the two groups, including the situation of the Granulation tissue condition, the healing time, the healing rate,et al. The statistical work was done with SPSS for Windows17.0software by t-test and χ2-test.Results Clinical trials manifest that compare to the control group, the experimental group had better condition in the granulation condition, healing time and healing rate (p<0.05).Conclusion The Deproteinised Calf Blood Extractives used in the treatment of refractory wound proved to be effective. Treating the refractory wound with the deproteinised calf blood extractives can improve the situation of the burn wounds, speed up the rate of wound healing,shorten healing time. |
