Objective:The acute lower respiratory infection (ALRI) was the main diseases of children and its incidence in pediatric each kind of disease to the first[1], which was infected by differently pathogenic microorganism, such as bacterium, virus, mycoplasma or Chlamydia. Viral infection was the one of the major etiological agents for acute lower respiratory infection of children, incliding influenza virus (IFV), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), adenovirus(ADV), pyarainfluenza virus (PIV), human metapneumovirus (hMPV), coronavirus (COV) and human bocavirus (HBoV). Viral infection of children with acute lower respiratory tract infection was studied by Sweden and Japan terms respectively used by Virus detection PCR kits or cell culture technique. These dates were showed that the rate of viral infection were48%or37.9%[2][3]. The studies of Van den Hoogen BG were showed that children of the lower respiratory tract infection between6to12months were25%of patients with resistance to hMPV antibody positive and since1958to collect the samples in8or above to100%inspection to the virus, show that there are at least hMPV infected children and at least half a century. In addition, Dμ lek DE found that hMP Vwas sustainable dormant in the lungs, its can be activated and again after infection epithelial cells after the sugar cortical hormone therapy, it may be the mechanismof hMPV lead to chronic diseases such as asthma and gasp.In recent years, the coming of new popular trend due to the new pathogens infections, we investigate and elucidate the etiology feature of viral infection in hospitalized children with acute lower respiratory infection in2011to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods: 1.Extraction of virus nucleic acid A total of162children with acute lower respiratory tract infection hospitalized were studied. The virus nucleic acids were extracted by the QIAmpMiniElute Virus Spin DNA/RNA kits.2.Detection of virus nucleic acid The extractions of nucleic acid were screened by multiple reverse transcriptase-the polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) with Invitrogen Plantinum company Taq one-step RT-PCR kits.3. Statistical analysisResults:1.At least one type of viral pathogen was detected in119out of162patients and the overall positive rate was73.5%. There were3influenza virus (IFV) cases,22respiratory syncytial viruses (RSV) cases,4adenovirus (ADV) cases,46parainfluenza virus (PIV) cases,17human meta-pneumo virus (HMPV) cases,6coronavirus (CoV) cases and20Human Bocavirus (HBoV) cases in the119positive cases. This paper mainly seven kinds of virus detection of influenza virus vice (PIV) infection were the first28.4%, followed by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)13.6%.2.The positive rate of mixed infection was29%(47/162), The numbers of viral infection in children with two kind of virus mixed infection, three kind of virus mixed infection and four kind of virus mixed infection were38cases,8cases and1case respectively. In the mixed infection cases each detection influenza virus (IFV)3cases, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in12cases, adenovirus (ADV)3cases, pyarainfluenza virus (PIV)25cases, human metapneumovirus (hMPV)9cases, coronavirus (COV)6patients with human bocavirus (HBoV)14cases.Conclusions:Viruses are the main cause of lower respiratory tract infections in children. The mixed viruses infection was the most common viruses infection in these cases? especially two kind of virus mixed infection Among them were detected the highest virus acted as parainfluenza virus virus (PIV) were detected in46patients, were28.4%, followed by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)13.6%. In this region, most acute lower respiratory tract infection virus infection children for PIV and RSV accounted for42%, this and other domestic reported conclusion consistent. Also note that the hMPV detection rate reached10.5%, this is the first time in our province and the hMPV detection reports. The data shows the two or more cases of mixed infection virus of47cases were positive cases accounted for29%. In this area that acute lower respiratory infection virus infections, nearly half of the cases is not a single virus infection, more children belong to many kinds of virus mixed infection. In the mixed infection of the influenza virus clinical common vice (PIV) and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) very see more, in the mixed infection were53.2%and25.5%, respectively. The data also showed that the boca virus (HBoV) of the total positive rate12.3%, in the mixed infection of positive in up to29.8%. This is the first time in our province detection and report boca virus (HBoV). The material reflects in jinan in2011children acute respiratory infection virus the popular trend of pathogens and virus of mixed infection. In our province can monitor new virus and clinical medical administration to provide some guidance.
