Diagnostic Value Of Combined Detection Of Serum CEA、NSE And CYFRA21-1in Lung Cancer

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of the peripheral blood CEA、NSE、 CYFRA21-1in lung cancer.Methods:The levels of peripheral blood CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1were detected in182patients with lung cancer,75patients with benign pulmonary diseases and37health adults by electrochemoluminescence immunoassay, and ROC curve was used to analyse the results.Results:(1) CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1were significantly higher in lung cancer than those in benign pulmonary diseases and health adults (p<0.05).Moreover, there was no significant difference between benign pulmonary group and the health one (p>0.05).(2)The level of CEA in lung adenocarcinoma (AD) was the highest (x2=11.812, P=0.001).NSE in SCLC was the highest(x2=27.022,P<0.05).CYFRA21-1in squamous cell lung cancer was the highest (x2=16.753,P<0.05).(3)The AUC of CEA in AD was the highest (AUC=0.788±0.046).The AUC of NSE in SCLC was the highest (AUC=0.980±0.011).The AUC of CYFRA21-1in squamous cell lung cancer was the highest(AUC=0.919±0.029).CEA has the good diagnosis value to AD.While, NSE has the good diagnosis value to SCLC. CYFRA21-1has the good diagnosis value to squamous cell lung cancer.(4) When a combination of CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1were employed, the diagnosis power was strengthened.Conclusions:1. The level of CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1were significantly higher in lung cancer group than benign pulmonary group and the health group.2. CEA has the good diagnostic value to lung cancer.CEA is the most effective tumor marker of adenocarcinoma,while CYFRA21-1is more effective for squamous cell lung cancer and NSE is the most effective tumor marker for SCLC.3. The combined dtection of CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1can help to impmve diagnosis of lung cancer,specificity and accuracy.
