| Objective To apporach the influence of Fei jin sheng-containing serum on the expression of MMP-2and growth of A549cells in vitro. explore the mechanism of Fei jin sheng-containing serum restraining the growth of A549cells in vitro, Provides the basis for the Clinical medication.Method Fei jin sheng-containing serum was used to culture A549cells in vitro, The morphologic changes of A549cells were observed with phase contrast microscope, and cell proliferation was detected by MTT method,and the expression of E-cad、MMP-2was detected by ELISA。Results20%of Fei jin sheng-containing serum could cause arrangement disorder in the normal A549cells,obviously spindle-shaped, the number of cells were reduced. Compared with the control group the OD values of Fei jin sheng-containing serum group are different.Fei jin sheng-containing serum of20%,25%have significant differences(P <0.01).The expression of MMP-2in the20%Fei jin sheng-containing serum was inhibited remarkably.(P<0.01). The expression of E-cad in the20%Fei jin sheng-containing serum was inhibited remarkably.(P<0.01).Conclusion Fei jin sheng-containing serum could inhibit the proliferation of A549cells in vitro, Reasons may be the reduction of MMP-2and improves of E-cad.. |
