| Objective:To provide some information of individual prevention and treatmentabout ACS patients, we researched the influence of CXCL16gene A181Vpolymorphism to the development of Acute coronary syndrome and the relationshipbetween CXCL16gene A181V polymorphism and GRACE risk score in ACSpatients.Methods:The polymorphism of CXCL16gene A181V in164latest occuredACS patients including118AMI and46UA,and170healthy patients were observedand analysed by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymor-phism.The GRACE risk score were also undertaked according to patients’ age,heartrate,blood pressure, creatase and other factors.Based on the GRACE score,the ACSpatients were divided into two groups:one was the low risk group,its score was lowerthan100,the other was the high risk group, its scoce was no less than100.Then therelationship between CXCL16gene A181V polymorphism and acute coronarysyndrome as well as GRACE risk sroce were exploded.Results:1.Both genotypic distributions and the frequencies of alleles showedsignificant difference between the ACS group and control group (both p<0.05),andthe AA genotype in the ACS group was bigger than the control group; A181Vpolymorphism of CXCL16gene were related to ACS by Bivariate Correlations(r=0.272,P﹤0.01); the risk of ACS in the A allele carriers was1.504times as high asthe G allele carriers(1.129to0.751,95%CI为1.077~2.101);2.Among AA,AG, GGgenotypes,the distribution of the general clinical data such as age,sex, cholesterol andso on showed no significant difference(both p<0.05);3. CXCL16gene A181Vpolymerphism was tightly relevant to ACS, and it was the risk factor(OR was1.323>1);4.The GRACE risk score showed significant difference among AA,AG,GGgenotypes(P<0.05), in the high risk group AA genotype was more than AA+GG(57.2%to42.8%),and the GRACE risk score in AA carriers was obviously higher than that in AG+GG genotype carriers (95%CI为2.17~17.80,P<0.05), A181Vpolymorphism of CXCL16gene were related to the GRACE risk score by BivariateCorrelations (r=0.136,P﹤0.01).Conclusions:1.The A181V polymorphism of CXCL16gene is correlated withACS,AA genotype of A181V polymorphism in CXCL16gene is potentially to be thesusceptibility gene of ACS,A allele of A181V polymorphism in CXCL16gene ispotentially to be the susceptibility gene of ACS;2.The A181V polymorphism ofCXCL16gene is associated with the GRACE risk score, AA genotype of A181Vpolymorphism in CXCL16gene is likely relvent with the risk degree of ACS patients. |
