OBJECTIVE: To evaluate efficacy of endovaseular interventionaltechniques in curing visceral artery aneurysms.METHODS: To research retrospectively the data of33VAA caseswho own the Intracavitary treatment.These patients included12splenicartery aneurysms cases,The rest of the patients were8hepatic,6renal,5superior mesenteric, and2gastroduodenal aneurysms. Transcatheterendovascular coil embolization was used to29VAAs.Stent grafts wereplacemented in to cure4patients.2VAAs which aneurysm diameter lessthan2centimeters had no treatment。RESULTS:29patients get satisfactory result,who were cured withtranscatheter endovascular coil embolization. the supply artery wereblocked and digital substraction angiography showed artery aneurysmsdisappeared.2superior mesenteric,1hepatic,and1renal artery aneurysmswere secluded of the Blood circulation after stent grafts were placementingin these patients. All the Patients were followed up in3-48months(a meanof19.2months). Splenic infarction symptoms were bring about in3patients after artery embolization. other cases with no significant complications or death.CONCLUSION: endovaseular interventional techniques were Safeand effective by curing the visceral artery aneurysms...
