PPD test positive rates are higher than the positive rate oftuberculosis antibodies in the serum (P<0.05).4. PPD test Sensitivity and specificity than tuberculosis antibody,diagnostic value than of tuberculosis antibody (P<0.05).5. PPD Test and tuberculosis antibody test of parallel test Sensitivityand specificity in any of the above (p<0.05), in-line test lightness with thespirit of any of the above (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Serum antibody in tuberculous pulmonary tuberculosis positiverates than non-tuberculous groups group, have auxiliary diagnostic valuefor diagnosis of tuberculosis;2. PPD Tests in the Group’s positive rates than non-tuberculouspulmonary tuberculosis group, have auxiliary diagnostic value fordiagnosis of tuberculosis;3. PPD Diagnosis value of test than serum antibody to tuberculosis;4. Serum of tubercle antibody and PPD test diagnosis combined thetwo to decrease the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
