Objective:The clinical epidemiological investigation of the patientswith pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital from January2004toApril2011to find out the dynamic analysis of pregnancy-inducedhypertension in recent years.Methods:The retrospective analyzation of the567cases of patientswith pregnancy-induced hypertension which from the time January2004toApril2011in basic message、maternal and infant complications、deliverymode、 perinatal pregnancy outcome and biochemical indicators。Result:The gestational weeks of pregnancy-induced hypertensionhas advanced,the numbers of severe preeclampsia and eclampsia andregular antenatal examination and rural population have increased,neonataladverse outcome was positively associated with the seriously ill,lacticdehydrogenase、alkaline phosphatase and uric acid are increased as the theillness grew worse,blood calcium is declined as the the illness grew worse.Conclution:Epidemiology investigation play a positive role inunderstanding the dynamic analysis of pregnancy-induced hypertension in recent years and for help to clinical work.
