Study On Constructing QOL Evaluation Index System For The Elderly Living Alone In The City

As the aggravating of the aging and the high aging population in our country, People pay more and more attention to the problems which are brought by the empty nest family and the pure old family. The old group increase gradually, because the double pressures of the family care function weakening and community care services having not yet been fully developed, the care demand and supply are not being met, the quality of life (QOL) of the elderly will be affected seriously, especially the elderly living alone in the city need life care, medical treatment, psychological emotional needs more than other old people, It is a disadvantage to the improvement of QOL of the whole population.At present, the research, about QOL evaluation index system of the elderly living alone, has not been reported in our country. This study aims to establish a scientific and comprehensive QOL evaluation index system for the elderly living alone and to provide some useful reference for the comprehensive evaluation and further research of this group’ QOLThe rapid development of economy bring the improvement of the people’living standard, People are no longer merely content with pursuing enough food and water after scarcity economy, more and more people start to pay attention to the overall improvement of QOL.Under the guidance of maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, Economic growth and economic development theory, Artificial center of social development theory, based on the literature review, theoretical analysis, in-depth interview with the old people living alone, experts group discussion, according to the principle of constructing indexe system, we Initially construct the QOL evaluation index system framework of the elderly living alone.Using Delphi method, we invite16experts as expert consultant, after two rounds of consulting experts, the QOL evaluation index system of the elderly living alone is obtained, including four primary indexes (health related quality of life, physical quality of life, Social quality of life, Spiritual quality of life),9secondary indexes,32tertiary indexes and tertiary indexes connotation.Using Matrix Dual Comparison Method which is ameliorative way of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), We determine the indexes weight at all levels and put forward the prospect of this research focusing on this topic research results.
