Taurine zinc is a kind of organic chelates of metal ion which can be used as a kindof novel therapeutic drugs, food additives or metal element supplements. Taurine zincshows certain effect in liver protection, anti-fatigue, nervous systemprotection and soon,but its poor water solubility limit its application. In this literure, a complex oftaurine zinc and succinate was obtaied, this new compound have good solubility inwater, while the liver protective effect of this new compound was studied.The main innovation of this paper are as follows: for the first time a study wasconducted on the hepatoprotective effect of taurine zinc succinate complexe, and itreally shows that there is a certain effect in liver protection. Taurine zinc succinatecomplexe was synthesized and its strutures was characterized. The key intermediatetaurine zinc complex process was stuied to achieve optimal process, compared to thereference, with advantages of a simple synthesis process,high yield, reaction undermild conditions, easy to enlarge the production.This thesis is divided into two main parts: first, the synthesis process and itsstructural characterization of complexes of taurine zinc and succina; second, the studyof taurine zinc succinate complex hepatoprotective effect of animal experiments.Specific descriptions are as follows:(1)The synthesis process of the key intermediate of taurine zinc and taurine zincsuccinate complex was studied on the basis of the literature. Different reactionsolvents, reagents, raw materialsratio, reaction time and temperature weresystematically investigated for optimization of the synthesis process,compared toliteratures, the product yield was improved and has the advantages of good processstability, simple handling, mild reaction conditions, that can be easily industrialized.(2)Thestrcture of taurine zinc succinate complex was analysed by elementalanalysis,infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), mass spectrometry (MS), proton nuclearmagnetic resonance spectroscopy (HNMR) and NMR carbon spectra (13CNMR),thestructure was determined.(3)The hepatoprotective effect of taurine zinc succinate complexe was studied byanimal experiments. It shows that, after using Taurine zinc succinate complex, liverMDA of TG two indicators and histopathological examination results were positive,showes that taurine zinc succinate compound in mice do have a secondary protectiveeffect in mice alcoholic liver injury test.
