Purpose: Through observation of Si miao Yong an Tang combined with externalapplication of Chinese herbs in the treatment of diabetic foot holding a dampness and bloodstasis syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and yin of clinical effect,Make a further evaluationabout its feasibility and safety.Method: This study uses the comparative method, selected using principles of randomsample of60cases of patients into treatment and control groups in30patients each, allsamples are given general treatment and clean dressing, treatment groups treated by Si miaoYong an Tang combined with external application of Chinese herbs,4weeks a period oftreatment, continuous observation2treatment.Result: By observation clinical effect, security and the adverse reactions, through thestatistics analysis, the results show that Simiao Yongan Tang combined with externalapplication of Chinese herbs can clear improve the symptoms and signs over diabetes footpatients holding a dampness and blood stasis syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and yin, andwithout any side effects.The wound healing has also improved significantly. The totaleffective rate of treatment group is93%, and the control group is83%, both overall efficiencyby Statistics analysis, has significantly sexual differences (P<0.05), indicating that theeffective in the treatment group is significantly better than that of in the control group.Conclusion: Si miao Yong an Tang combined with external application of Chineseherbal medicine is safe and reliable, there is no adverse drug reactions.It is the ideal treamenton diabetic foot holding a dampness and blood stasis syndrome of deficiency of both Qi andyin.
