Clinical Research On100Cases Of Prevention And Treatment Of Asthma In Children By Three-phase Treatment Sequential Therapy

Purpose:the topic aims to discuss advantages of traditional Chinese medicine inprevention and treatment of asthma in children by clinically observing bronchial asthma forchild prevented and treated by three-phase treatment-sequential therapy.Method:100cases of children asthma diagnosed by outpatient service were selected asobservation group by three-phase treatment in treatment phase, and100cases of children withasthma in outpatient service in corresponding period as control group by traditional two-phasetreatment. In research method, clinical observation was used. The observation group wastreated by three-phase treatment. Control group was the same as observation group intherapeutic method at the stage of attack and remission, but withdrew drug after therapy at thestage of attack and in remission. Two to three months was one course of treatment. After onecourse of treatment ended, withdrawal period was three months,and then the second course oftreatment began. After two courses of treatment ended, curative effectiveness of two groupswas compared.Results: From the analysis of short-term curative effect, total effective rate of treatmentgroup is91%while that of control group is88%. From the analysis of long-term curativeeffect, total effective rate of treatment group is93%while that of control group is73%. Twogroups have marked differences by comparison (P<0.05), and treatment group is significantlysuperior to control group.Conclusion: By clinical observation of prevention and treatment of asthma in childrenby three-phase treatment sequential therapy, especially for evaluating long-term prognosis,this method whose therapeutic effect is remarkable is able to reduce recurrence rate andincidence of asthma in children, and to remove root of asthma. Its curative effect issignificantly superior to traditional two-phase therapy.
