The Clinical Observation Of Jiaweixiaoyaosan To Cure The Disease Depression After Stroke(Ganyupixuxing)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiaweixiaoyaosan to cure the diseasedepression after stroke(Ganyupixuxing),and evaluatetheir effectiveness.Methods: The clinical observation of selected60cases of depression after stroke(Ganyupixuxing) were randomly divided into treatmentgroup(n=30)with the control group30cases, the treatment group received the modifie Jiaweixiaoyaosan.The control groupwas given the Shuganjieyujiaonang, and At the same time,give the same basic treatmentcourse of a month. The two groups before andafter treatment in patients with clinicalsymptoms,signs of changewere analyzed.Results: After statistical analysis, results show that the the modified Xiaoyaosan caneffectively improve the patient’s symptoms and signs of depression after stroke(stagnationand spleen deficiency) more effective than relieving the depressed livercapsule. Amongthem, the control group,the total effective rate was73.3%, treatment group, the totalefficiency of90.0%, after statistical processing in both groupscompared with significantdifferences (P <0.05),treatmentgroup was significantly better than the control group.Treatment group and control group before and after treatment in the TCM symptoms HAMDscale and the improvement of the SDSS scale has a significant difference (P <0.05orP <0.01), and the treatment group and control group of symptoms, symptom score,HADM amount table points comparedhas a very significant difference (P<0.01), the SDSSscale score comparison hassignificant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: The flavored Xiaoyaosan treatment of stagnation and spleen deficiencytype strokedepression, can significantly relieve depression in patients with restless mood,Xiong Xie fullness pain, easy crying, irritability, mood changes, pharynx if the foreignbodysy-mptoms of depression and thought-over, good heave a deep sigh, insomnia, loss ofappetite, malaise and fatigue depression and TCM syndrome symptoms andimprove patientquality of life, its clinical efficacy, faster onset, with in-depthdevelopment of the value.
