Objective:To explore the protective effect of ATP-MgCl2and ATP-MgCl2combine with lidocaine by observing the content of SOD and MDA in the diversity blood serum and pathological appearance in the case of ischemia-reperfusion-induced pulmonary injury before and after the intervention of ATP-MgCl2and ATP-MgCl2combine with lidocaine in rats.Methods:40healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were chosen without considering of their sexes, and divided randomly into four groups(A,B,C and D) with eight in each group.Sham group(Group A):Opening chest only without ligation of pulmonary hilum, Ischemia-reperfusion group (Group B):ligate the pulmonary hilum for30min then reperfuse for120min, ATP-MgCl2interfered group (Group C):Peritoneal inject ATP-MgCl20.05mg/kg before Ischemia then operate as the way mentioned in group B.ATP-MgCl2combine with lidocaine interfered group (Group D):Peritoneal inject ATP-MgCl20.05mg/kg and lidocaine2mg/kg then operate as the way mentioned in group B.Extract the blood serum form0.5ml intracardiac blood at the end of the operation and use the to SOD ELLSA Kit and MDA ELLSA Kit to detect the concentration of SOD and MDA in he blood serum.Produced pathological section to observe the pathological changes of the rats, use the SPSS16.0to Statistical analyse the date of SOD and MDA.Using analysis of variance for Groups compareing.the difference hasstatistically significant when P<0.05. result:ATP-MgCl2interfereing can improve the activity of SOD and reduce the concentration of MDA in the blood serum of the rat model. The ATP-MgCl2interfered grope lung pathological changes show better than non-interfered grope.this change will be more apparent in ATP-MgCl2combine with lidocaine interfered rat models. Conclusion:The oxygen free radicals grenrate during lung ischemia reperfusion can react to the unsaturated fatty acid and generate MDA and SOD which show the damage degree of ischemia reperfusion injury.pathological changes show the severity of ischemia reperfusion injury intuitively. The conclusion comes trought compareing every group of rat models that ATP-MgCl2interfereing can reduce the damage of ischemia reperfusion injury and ATP-MgCl2combine with lidocaineinterfered has a stronger effect than ATP-MgCl2-only interfered.
