Study On Therapeutic Effects And Theoretical Exploration Of Tujia Medicine Ganjiuhuo Therapy Treating Scapulohumeral Periatrhritis

Objective：Through systematic clinical trials and observation on clinical effectand the safety with Tujia Medicine GanJiuhuo Therapy on the treatment ofscapulohumeral periarthritis, the paper makes a preliminary study on mechanism ofGanJiuhuo Therapy in order to provide a more prolific theoretical basis on appropriatetechnology promotion and clinical application of further medical science of Tujia,Methods：Dividing60cases of scapulohume periarthritis randomly into twogroups: treatment group and control group, each of which30cases, receives twotreatment courses (20days) of Tujia GanJiuhuo Therapy and common massagetherapy respectively. Patients’ shoulder joint’s pain score and movable function scoreare used as observation indexes. And the observation results are analyze statistically,and then drawn a conclusion.Results：After two treatment courses, the effective rate of treatment group is96.67%, and the effective rate of control group is93.33%. By statistical analysis,there was non-significant difference between two groups about effective rates(P>0.05), but there was significant difference between obvious effective rates(P<0.05). The obvious effective rate of zhe treatment group was significantly higherthan the control group, which means that two therapies are both effective in thetreatment of periarthritis of shoulder, but in improving the disease degree of patientsthe method of a treatment group is superior to that of the control group. Twotreatment courses later, two groups of patients are compared before and aftertreatment on shoulder joint’s pain score and movable function score. By statisticaltreatment, there were both significant differences before and after treatment (P<0.05),which showed that two methods can both relieve pain of shoulder joints and increasethe range of it. But after the treatment of two courses, comparing shoulder joint’s pain score and movable functionmovable function score of two groups of patients, bystatistical treatment, there were both significant differences (P<0.05), which suggeststhat the curative effect of treatment group on the aspect of improving shoulder joint’spain and movement is superior to that of control group.Conelusion： The curative effect of treating scapulohumeral periarthritis byGanJiuhuo Therapy is exact, which can relieve pain of shoulder joints effectively andimprove shoulder joints. The comparison of the curative effects between treatmentgroup of GanJiuhuo Therapy and control group of common massage therapy showsthat the differences between two groups have statistical significance. And the curativeeffects of GanJiuhuo Therapy are better than that of common massage therapy. Theabove contents show that GanJiuhuo Therapy cathches the disease essence ofperiarthritis of shoulder, using the method of WenTong meridians and dispeling coldand dampness and eliminating stasis. Which is right and etiotropic therapy. And it is anatural therapy with simpleness, convenience, cheapness and effectiveness.
