| Object:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating the type of senile constipation of Spleen-Deficiency and Qi-Stagnation, evaluate the effects of XiaoZhangZhuYun Tablet, and explore the mechanism from theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:1.40cases with senile constipation are divided into two groups at random. XiaoZhangZhuYun Tablet was given to treatment group, three times a day, each time four pieces.. The control group was given DaHuangSuDa Tablet, three times a day, each time three pieces,30minutes after meal oral.2.Four weeks for a course of treatment, to observe the related symptoms of life at respectively time when before treatment and after treatment, then follow-up four weeks later in order to assess the clinical curative effect of this method. SPSS17.0statistical software will be used for processing data and drawing conclusions.Results:Clinical research showed that in treatment group the total effective rate was70.00%,whereas the total effective rate was40.00%in control group. Moreover, it has statistical significant about total effective rate,clinical symptoms and OCTT (P <0.05)Conclusion:Two groups are significantly improve patient’s clinical symptoms, but the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group; compared the clinical curative effect, the treatment group is slightly better than the control group, especially in improving the long-term efficacy, it indicates that XiaoZhangZhuYun Tablet has effective therapeutic effect on treating senile constipation,its outstanding efficacy is related to its rigorous structure and stringent hit the pathogenesis. Chinese medicine have certain advantages in treating this disease, and value to give further study and exploration value. |
