| Object:This topic demonstrate to idiopathic atrial fibrillation rf postoperative taking amiodarone basis,Application Qi and blood-activation clear heat observes effects of WUshen Erlian granule.Through the monitoring P wave dispersion ratio (Pd), Pmax,Pd+Pmax,CRP and24hours to observe the curative effect of dynamic electrocardiogram and discuss the possible mechanism.Methods:By random double-blind, parallel contrast method press1:1randomized proportion, and simply taking amiodarone control observation,cases complete treatment group30cases,30cases in treatment are six weeks.Results:Two groups of idiopathic atrial fibrillation rf all the conventional taking amiodarone,treatment group and take WUshen Erlian granule,compared both curative effect,treatment group the recurrence rate-lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the two groups of P wave dispersion ratio(Pd),Pmax,Pd+Pmax24hours and dynamic ecg(atrial arrhythmias time,atrial arrhythmias frequency)all have certain improvement;Pd, between the two groups Pmax,Pd+Pmax24hours and dynamic ecg (atrial arrhythmias time, atrial arrhythmias frequency)changes more value (P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group was higher than those in the control group.Treatment group liver and kidney function monitoring before and after treatment,routine blood changes,P>0.05no significant difference in the result.Conclusion:WUshen Erlian granule reduce rf postoperative recurrence rates have idiopathic atrial fibrillation obvious curative effect,cardiac autonomic nerve function activities to have obvious improvement action, no significant side effects. |
