Two groups during the course of treatment, the general situation is good, not been observed skin rash, itching, skin burst, systemic toxicity reaction.In imaging index and curative effect after treatment integral42days imaging level compares using χ2test, p>0.05, shows no statistical significance.Two groups in the before and after treatment for the first day,42days imaging curative effect in integral group compared with that by using t test sample in pairs, p<0.01, show that before and after treatment within the group has been statistically significant differences.Two groups of wrist functional score, compared with that by using t test in the treatment of7day、21days、42days score, p<0.05, show that has significant differences between the two groups.In the treatment of60days after scoring more p<0.01, between the two groups that have statistically significant differences.In the treatment of two groups in60days after the wrist joint function level, compared with that by using X2test, the total group was93.3%, the control group total was66.6%, p<0.05, show that between the two groups was statistically different.Conclusion:The overall effect of the trial group was higher than the control group.This research shows that this therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and wrist joint function, improve the patient’s quality of life.This paper studies verify the Zhou "three folding tops" therapy in treating elderly distal radial fractures is effective and safe.
