A Clinical Study Of The Prescription Of Qi Gu Jiao Nang Application To Postoperative On Distal Radial Fractures

Objective:The aim of the study was to assess the effect of the prescription for promoting functional rehabili-tation of wrist,in order to make reasonable recommendations for the clinical choice of treatment op-tions to further guide clinical practice.Methods:In this research,50cases collected from March2010to2011March, in our hospital. All the cases were randomly assigned to the test group (25cases) and the control group(25ca ses). Surgery therapy of the case were carried on the admitted to hospital3-4days.After th e surger-y therapy then and begin a different rehabilitative treatment:the test group were m anaged by taking qigujiaonang for3months and function exersices and the control group we re managed by anti-osteoporsis treatment.The common conditions,the Improved Green and o’ brien wrist function score,wg,(Gar-tland werley as modified by Sarmiento)function scores of and fracture healing affected wrist at pretherapy of the prescription:the first month,the s econd month,the third month were evaluated and compared.Result:1.All the patients were followed.2.Comparison of the common conditions:The general information of two group before surgery was no statistically significant(P>0.05).3. Comparison of the two groups:There was significant difference between the two groups at th-e Improved Green and o’brien wrist function score,(Gartland werley as modified by Sarmiento) fun-ction scores of and fracture healing of1stmonth,2nd month,3rdmonth after operation between the t-wo groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The prescription combined with functional exercises, is an effective therapy to promote functional rehabilitation of wrist and fracture healing.
