[Objective]:60cases with blood stasis and phlegm in acute cerebral infarction patients with research, discuss four method to improve blood stasis and phlegm in acute cerebral infarction patients with clinical symptoms, signs, prognostic scoring function, as four party for clinical treatment of blood stasis and phlegm in cerebral infarction clinical examples are provided according to the.[Methods]:Based on the literature summary analysis, from the western modern clinical treatment progress in theory and Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke and the primary treatment and medication in two aspects of the related literature review. Collection of blood stasis and phlegm in acute cerebral infarction inpatients60cases, on the basis of parallel, randomized, controlled principle is divided into the treatment group and the control group with30cases in each group, two groups of longitudinal control observation of disease, after1weeks,2weeks after NIHSS score, Barthel score, symptom score, recorded in2groups of vital signs and adverse response to assess medication safety.[results]:1.NIHSS score evaluation: in treatment at1week, two patients with NIHSS were improved, but the differences were not significant; at second weeks, two patients with NIHSS were improved significantly, there is significant difference in two groups of NIHSS score.2treatment group and control group after1weeks treatment, after2weeks of Barthel score were improved,1weeks after the increase rate was2weeks, compared with the control group, there were significant differences.3symptom score evaluation: after1weeks treatment in two groups of score drop close to,2weeks after the treatment group decreased significantly lower than the control group.4from the adverse aspect, Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group were no severe adverse reaction.5overall, the treatment group than the control group inl weeks after treatment curative effect quite, after2weeks of treatment, the curative effect in treatment group than in control group, the difference has statistical significance.[Conclusion]:comparison between two groups of results, clinical curative effect and prognosis of the treatment group were better than the control group, and treatment group showed no adverse reaction, the tips of the four Tong Fang for treatment of blood stasis and phlegm in acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective, long-term curative effect is obvious, and no obvious adverse reaction. Note four Decoction in treating blood stasis and phlegm in acute cerebral infarction has a lasting effect, less adverse reaction characteristics, and patient acceptance is higher than that of Western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine. It is worthy of clinical application.
