Valuate The Clinical Effection Of Hemiplegia Recovery Mixture Combined With Acupunture And Rehabilitation On Should Pain Of Stroke Patient With Qi Deficiency With Blood Stasis

Objective::To evaluate the clinical effect of Hemiplegia Recovery mixture combined with Acupunture and Rehabilitation on the shoulder pain of stroke patients with Qi Deficiency with Blood Stasis.Methods:60patients were selected in Nanjing Hospital of TCM. A single-blind random study was adopted to observe a group of30cases, treated with Hemiplegia Recovery Mixture combined with acupuncture and rehabilitative training(A group), and compared to a group of30cases treated with acupuncture and rehabilitative training(B group). All patients were treated with acupuncture and rehabilitative training, one time a day, five times a week, last for four weeks. A group treated with chinese herbs every day.The assessment of clinical efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment for both groups. The evaluation criteria included Shoulder Pain Score (VAS), Shoulder Joint Activities of the Evaluation (Fugl-Mayer), the Evaluation of Upper Limb Motor Function (Fugl-Mayer method) and the Activities Of Daily Living (ADL). Results The evaluation criteria included Shoulder Pain Score (VAS), Shoulder Joint Activities of the Evaluation (Fugl-Mayer), the Evaluation of Upper Limb Motor Function (Fugl-Mayer method) and the Activities Of Daily Living (ADL) all improved. The results of Shoulder Pain Score (VAS), Shoulder Joint Activities of the Evaluation (Fugl-Mayer), the Evaluation of Upper Limb Motor Function (Fugl-Mayer method) show that there are statistically significant differences (P<0.05) between the A and B group, A group better than B group. The Activities Of Daily Living (ADL) showed that there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbs combine with acupuncture and rehabilitation is effective to shoulder pain of stroke, the efficient of Shoulder Pain Score (VAS), Shoulder Joint Activities of the Evaluation (Fugl-Mayer), the Evaluation of Upper Limb Motor Function (Fugl-Mayer method) is better than rehabilitation (P<0.05), another, Chinese herbs combine with acupuncture and rehabilitation is effective to the Activities Of Daily Living (ADL). Chinese herbs combine with rehabilitation has the good effect safe and good obey, it should be knowded and accepted by more and more people.
