Clinical Study On Combining Focused Ultrasound And Traditional Chinese Medicine Wandai Decoction To Treat Cervical Inflammation-related Diseases

Objective:For cervical inflammation-related diseases line focused ultrasound treatment of patients, after treatment to give Chinese traditional medicine the Waidai Decoction oral. observation focused ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine Waidai Decoction in the treatment of cervical inflammation-related diseases clinical curative effect, respectively from two aspects of symptoms and signs changes observed before and after treatment, and discusses the advantages of focused ultrasound treatment and traditional Chinese medicine with the soup in improving cervical inflammation-related diseases clinical symptoms roles.Methods:A randomized controlled trial method, choose2011February-2011December Changzhou Municipal Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology outpatient department in accordance with the conditions of the cervical inflammation-related diseases.100cases, divided into the treatment group (focused ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine Wandai decoction treatment) and the control group (focused ultrasound in the treatment of50cases). All patients were followed up regularly after treatment for3months, before treatment, after are signs and symptom score, compared two groups of patients. Statistical analysis.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was98%, in control group was98%, two groups of difference in between was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The two groups after treating signs not statistically significant difference compared score (P>0.05), two groups after treating the symptom score comparing statistical significance (P<0.05). the symptoms improve after treatment in treatment group better than in control group.Conclusion:(1) the focused ultrasound therapy in cervical inflammation-related diseases curative effect, it is a recommendable method.(2) traditional Chinese medicine Wandai Decoction with Jianpi Yiqi, Sun Microsystems dehumidification function. Focused ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine Wandai decoction treatment reflects the whole concept of Chinese medicine and dialectical thinking, for improvement of cervical inflammation-related diseases patients clinical symptoms have a significant effect.
