Objective:To analyze and explore the efficacy and mechanism of improving non-alcoholic fatty liver disease insulin resistance by the method of invigorating spleen to reduce phlegm, based on clinical syndrome, hepatic function, blood lipids, fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin level.Method:60cases with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease who were accepted by strict standards according to the research were divided into two groups randomly, the treatment group and the control group with30cases in each of them. The treatment group was treated by Chinese medicine making up by the method of invigorating spleen to reduce phlegm, the control group was treated by Shuilinjia capsule, the course of the treatment lasted for12weeks. Then the hepatic function, blood lipids, blood sugar, fasting insulin level and TCM points are measured in all the cases before and after the treatment. At last, the efficacy of insulin resistance of the two therapies was analyzed with all these data.Results:1. Statistically, the total effective rate of the treatment group was90%, and the control group was80%, with a significant difference(p<0.05).2. After the treatment, clinical symptoms and physical signs were improved markedly in both groups, and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group, with a significant difference(p<0.05), which means the method of invigorating spleen to reduce phlegm is superior to Shuilinjia capsule for releasing clinical symptoms.3. The levels of the serum ALT, AST and y-GGT decreased in both groups, and the improvements of ALT and AST were more marked in the treatment group than in the control group, with a significant difference (p<0.05), while there was no difference in the improvements of y-GGT between the groups, without a significant diffbrence(p>0.05).4. The levels of the serum TG, TC and HDL-C decreased in both groups, the adjustments of TG, TC and HDL-C in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group, with a significant differencc(p<0.05).5. After treatment, a greatly decreasing in FBG, FINS and insulin resistance index had appeared in treatment group and control group, however, the former lower than the latter, with a significant difference (p<0.05).Conclusion:Both of the two therapies are effective for non-alcoholic fatty liver. And the method of invigorating spleen to reduce phlegm can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce hepatic function and blood lipids, adjust the level of FBG and FINS, alleviating inflammation, regulate lipid metabolism, improve insulin resistance, and to achieve the purpose of treatment of fatty liver. |
