The Research Of The "Xingqi" Effect Of The Material Basis Of Chenpi

Purpose:To search the material basis of the"xingqi"effect of Chenpi,reveal the scientific content of the effect and clarify the mechanism of action. It can provide experimental evidence for efficacy theory.Methods:We use the SD and the conventional boiling method to obtain different extraction of Chenpi. We used the experiment method of isolating ileum smooth muscle of guinea pigs, constructed the models of healthy mice, neostigminetrested mice and atropine sulphate-loaded mice. The mearures contains the strength, frequency, maximum strength and minimum strength. With the-reformative content mensuration, we constructed the models of healthy mice, neostigminetrested mice and atropine sulphate-loaded mice. With constructed the models of animal model with the pattern of cold by the gastric emptying excess, we determine the content of GAS in serum of cold-Animals and MTL, cGMP, cAMP and cAMP/cGMP in plasma. We used the experiment method of vivo intestine of rabbits and HPLC to study the effect of Chenpi volatile oil and water fired Chenpi liquid on the vivo intestinal smooth muscle movement of rabbits and transitional composition in the blood plasmaRESULTS:1、 Effect on isolated ileum smooth muscle of guinea pig:Different Chenpi extracts had an inhibitory effect on the spontaneous movement of guinea pigs isolated ileum and was dose-dependent and an antagonistic action on intestinal spasm caused by neostigminetrest. The oil could increase the inhibitory action of atropine. And the water fired Chenpi liquid an antagonistic action on intestinal spasm caused by neostigminetrest, but the others have no effect to neostigminetrest.2、Effect on small intestinal propulsive function and gastric emptying in mice:①The water fired Chenpi liquid and the water extract of petroleum could reduce the small intestinal propulsion rates of normal mice. And others Chenpi extracts had no effect.②Dfferent Chenpi extracts had no effect on the gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion in atropine sulphate-loaded mice.③To neostigmine with mice, water fired Chenpi liquid and Chenpi volatile oil can antagonize the gastric emptying excess and the small intestinal propusion induced. The Water extract of petroleum could antagonize the gastric emptying excess.And ethanolic Chenpi extract and the after extraction part of ethanolic chenpi extract reduces the small intestinal propusion.3、 Effect on Animal model with the pattern of cold:①henpi volatile oil, water fired Chenpi liquid and water Chenpi extract could reduce the gastric emptying excess. ②To MTL and GAS,different Chenpi extracts can increase the secretion of MTL, Water chenpi extract of petroleum ether, water Chenpi extract, water fired Chenpi liquid and ethanolic Chenpi extract can inhibit the the secretion of GAS.③To cAMP and cGMP, there is no changes in different Chenpi extracts on animal mode with the pattern of cold.And to Chenpi volatile oil, the content of cAMP/cGMP is increased. Water fired Chenpi liquid and ethanolic Chenpi extract can increase the content of cGMP.4、Effect of Chenpi volatile oil and water fired Chenpi liquid on the vivo intestinal smooth muscle movement of rabbits and transitional composition in the blood plasma:Water fired Chenpi liquid and Chenpi volatile oil can make intestinal amplitude and frequency reduced. New compound was not discovered in blood plasma after giving Chenpi volatile oil to rabbits. One species of prototype components can be found from water fired Chenpi liquid. The time is from15minnute to2hours after taking drugs.Conclusion:Chenpi have the effect of "xinqi”. The material basis may be one or some non-polar or low polar substances.The major components maybe Chenpi volatile oil.
