Clinical Research About Xiao Nang Tiao Jing1Hao Fang On Treatment Of Pcos Of Stagnation Of Liver-qi Type With The Disease And To Probe Into Its Mechanism Of Action

Object:To observe the clinical effect about xiao nang tiao jing1hao fang on treatment of chronic urticaria of pattern of Liver-qi TyPe with the disease.Methods:60cases of chronic pcos patients were divided into treatment group and control group with30cases in each group. The treatment group were given xiao nang tiao jing1hao fang. With water frying uniform, twice a day, treatment for three months (period stopped taking the medicine). The control group were given Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets once daily each time. From the fifth day of menstrual or retreat hemorrhages,take Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets each day, continuous twenty-one day, menstrual cramps one day repeated to medicine after discontinuation such as not after withdrawal to menstruation,the seventh day repeated to medicine in stop drug. To compare the treatment effects of the two groups after one course of three months,to curative effect After a period of treatment for one judge. Results:Both of the two groups can improve the patients’condition of PCOS and there was significant difference on symptoms score of the two groups both between pre-treatment and post-treatment (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the post-treatment general treatment effect and symptoms score of the treatment group was better than the control group with significant difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was86.67%while the control. group was73.33%. There was significant difference in Two groups of clinical curative effect (P<0.05)Conclusion:xiao nang tiao jing1hao fang were away in the cure for this principle, strict formula, treatment PCOS Stagnation of liver-qi of the total effective rate was86.67%, had better effects than control group; xiao nang tiao jing1hao fang away may significantly improve PCOS patients TCM clinical symptoms, especially in improving the breast pain, stalking, rib full bilge, restless irritability, abdominal distension painful symptoms is less control group outstanding.
