Hericium erinaceus is a kind of precious edible and medical mushroom. The majority of experimental resuLts show that Hericium erinaceus has the main active substances of polysaccharides, peptides and aliphatic acyl substances, and of which the Hericium polysaccharide is the widest studied. Hericium erinaceus extract has the protective and therapeutic effect on gastritis and stomach uLcers caused by different reasons. Helicobacter pylori, as a causal factor to the chronic gastritis and peptic uLcer, has been confirmed by a large number of clinical trials. Helicobacter pylori can be seen as the beginning promoter caused to Gastric Cancer.It can be seen in among of Hericium erinaceus, chronic gastritis and peptic uLcer, Helicobacter pylori, chronic gastritis and peptic uLcer can be treated with Hericium fungus. Helicobacter pylori is an important pathogenic factor chronic gastritis and peptic uLcer. However the relationship between the Hericium and Helicobacter pylori is not clear so far. There is no similar literature reported over the relationship between them.Whether because the Hericium erinaceus has a direct inhibitory effect on Helicobacter pylori, the chronic gastritis and peptic uLcer can be treated with the Hericium erinaceus? Therefore, further proving the relationship between Hericium erinaceus and Helicobacter pylori has important guiding significance for the development and use of the medicinal value of Hericium erinaceus. In this paper, a preliminary study was researched on that different fermentation broth of Hericium erinaceus extract had a direct inhibitory effect on Helicobacter pylori.And further studied the different fruiting bodies of Hericium erinaceus and the differences between the ITS sequences, as well as the relationship between the antibacterial activity and these differences.The resuLts showed that, first, Hericium erinaceus against Helicobacter pylori and their inhibition has no direct relationship with the fruiting body morphology.Second, Hericium erinaceus difference between the ITS sequences do not affect their inhibitory effect on Helicobacter pylori.This inhibitory effect was common features shown in the same species of Hericium erinaceus. The study of this paper consists of four parts:1、This section is aimed at distinguishing the fruiting bodies of different Hericium erinaceus on morphological by the cuLtivation of Hericium erinaceus experiments. The resuLts showed that six strains of the fruiting bodies is white, dense, thorn length, look good and have high goods value.Other strains of the fruiting bodies is dense thorn moderate, growth in general.Hericium erinaceus morphological features and their inhibitory effect against Helicobacter pylori had no direct relationship, whether long or a short strain, their broth had the direct inhibition to Helicobacter pylori.2、This section is aimed at analyzing ITS sequencing of different Hericium erinaceus to identify the differences in the various strains, and the relationship between these differences and the activity of Hericium erinaceus.Sequencing resuLts showed that the tested22Hericium erinaceus,15strains of ITS sequences and the remaining seven strains of ITS sequences in comparison, there is an absence of base.10strains of ITS sequences is compared with other strains, there is a base substitution. Of which there is both have base substitution and base deletion in6strains. Another three strains of ITS sequences is as the same as on-line sequence. The Conclusion is that the difference between the bases does not affect the inhibitory effect of Hericium erinaceus against Helicobacter pylori.3、Different Hericium erinaceus have a direct inhibitory effect on Helicobacter pylori. Using the method of liquid cuLture fermentation broth obtained Hericium erinaceus, filter mycelium, butanol extraction filtrate, observe and compare the inhibition to Helicobacter pylori. The resuLts showed that different Hericium erinaceus have a direct inhibitory effect on Helicobacter pylori.0622strain has the highest concentration of dry matter275mg/mL and inhibition zone diameter of27mm.0608strain has dry matter concentration of a minimum of33mg/mL and inhibition zone diameter of10mm. When different strains have the same matter concentration, the0604strain has inhibition effect of a maximum of15.3mm,0609and0619has the minimum bacteriostatic circle of8.3mm4、0605Hericium erinaceus Determination of growth curve in the fermentation process.The aim of this section is to monitor the fermentation process variation of each parameter by the liquid culture of Hericium erinaceus.The resuLts is that Monosaccharide content is reduced with the fermentation time lasts.Mycelial biomass is a gradual increase in the fermentation process time at the beginning of fermentation。After a period of a stable situation it is gradually reduced.pH value in the whole process is showing a falling trend, until the latter it tends to3.8, basically unchanged.
