| Objective：To investigate and analyse the clinical charaeteristies andtherapies in breast cancer patients over65years of age.Methods: From2000to2010,219over65years old female breast cancerpatients were treated and the data were retrospectively reviewed.We analysetheir clinical charaeteristies, pathology,therapies and survival rate.Results：The anverage age of these219patients is70.9. The lesions located onleft side is112, right side is104;The double side is3.The average long diameteris3.28cm, Tis,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ is2(1.1%),25(13.3%),82(43.6%),32(17.0%),13(6.9%).84patients(38.4%) hadcomplications. Accompanied by other age-related diseases,84cases (38.4%), ofwhich35cases suffering from hypertension, heart disease, eight cases, threecases of cerebral infarction,31cases of diabetes, hypertension, diabetes and risk of10cases of chronic digestive diseasescases, liver and kidney function isimpaired in14cases, the other one cases.ER, PR and C-erb-B2check from after2004,137cases and129cases ofelderly breast cancer, including79cases of ER-positive, accounting for57.66%(79/137); PR positive in80cases, accounting for58.39%(80/137); C-erb-B2isoverexpression of the32cases, accounting for24.81%(32/129). To carry outthe Ki-67check after2008, the number of positive cells <5%(-)4cases,5%to25%(+),17cases,26%to50%(++)14cases,>50%(+++),9cases.The cumulatives-3-year,cumulatives-5-year,cumulatives-10-year overallsurvival was93.7%,59.3%,58.1%.The main pathological type is InfiltratingDuct Carcinoma,and high hormone receptor positive expression.Through COXmultiplicity, pathological stage were independent factor of affecting theprognosis.Conclusion：Female breast cancer patients over65years of age exhibitdistinctive clinical and pathological characteristics,and had a good prognosis. Byimproving body condition aggressively before surgery,most of elderly patientscan tolerance the surgery well.Surgery and endocrine therapy are important toachieve good clinical outcome. |
