The Related Research Of The Influential Factors Of The Different Levels Of Obstructive Sleep Apnea-hypopnea Syndrome

Objective: To compare the dependablities of the parameters of respiratorydisturbance with the risk factors. And then to confirm what is the closed influential factorof obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea. Methods: Select163cases, confirmed as patientswith obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea by PSG.And divided them in to three teams,according to the different levels. Compare the correlations of the parameters of respiratorydisturbance with every factor. Results: The major influential factors of the severerobstructive sleep apnea-hyndrome syndrome patients were the cross sectional area of thepharyngo-oral part, the pharyngonasal part, body mass index, the neck circumference(P＜0.05);Among the midrange obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome patients, theLSaO2and TS90%has no significant correlation with the cross sectional area of thepharyngo-oral part(P＜0.05);apnea hypopnea index(AHI),LSaO2and TS90%has nocorrelation with every index(P＞0.05).Conclusion: The cross sectional area of thepharyngo-oral part is the more sensitive and ideal index to Evaluate the midrange andsever obstructive sleep apnea-hyperpnoea patients.
