Standardization is the basis for the Construction of Information. The standardization of TCM is an important foundation and technical support for promoting Information Construction. In order to avoid blind duplication, reduce costs; improve efficiency, and improve the rapid and healthy development of TCM Information Construction, therefore better serve the Traditional Chinese Medicine industry. We have to unify the technical requirements, business requirements and management requirements; standardize the information technology system of TCM in accordance with its inherent links to the formation of an scientific, organic entity.Objective:Based on the Analysis of domestic and international information technology standardization status quo, this paper integrated the use of literature analysis, field research, expert advice and depth interviews, along with survey research methods, combined with the actual situation and the need for standardization in the construction and development of the TCM information standard system. It also presents the framework of the TCM information standard system, an outlining sheet for TCM information standards, laying the foundation for the preparation of the " Traditional Chinese Medicine information standard system".Materials and Methods:Based on the existing Traditional Chinese Medicine information technology and standardization research, this paper absorbs research of other industries, combined with the overall arrangements and requirements of the national standardization system construction projects; acts in accordance with the framework structure of the standard system of Traditional Chinese Medicine; following Traditional Chinese Medicine information technology as the main route, while emphasizing information services and management; Hence forth with the above information and methods, It researches from the medical information of the status quo and future development needs, of the medical information standard system.Through preliminary research and expert advice, and after absorbing useful experience and advanced results, this paper completes the requirements analysis for the medical information standard system. It also follows the overall requirements of the national standards system reference; it separates the applications of scientific theories and methods to classify medical information standards, forming the framework of the Traditional Chinese Medicine information standard system; then on this basis, it conducts further comprehensive analysis and collation, prepares the details of the standard system tables.Research:Information standard system is the core of medical information technology, it represents important strategic significance and plays a very crucial role in promoting the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine information technology.
