| Objective:The objectives of this study were to observe the clinical effect of treating chronic renal failure(CRF) spleen and kidney Qi deficiency,the cloud stasis each node by the changes of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine clearance rate (Ccr),serum albumin (Alb),blood-red albumin (Hb),clinical symptoms,and to evaluate its safety.Methods:All subjects are from June2010to September2011,Hubei Province Chinese Medicine Hospital kidney specialist outpatient and inpatient department diagnosis of CFR and TCM syndrome is the spleen and kidney qi deflciency,the cloud stasis each node,a total of60patients were selected,in accordance with the principles of the unblinded randomized into treatment group and control group,Each group had30cases.Treatment group give the renal failure soup with Western treatment basis,the control group received basic treatment analysis of the Xiqing capsule with Western,a course of three months.We recorded the changes of symptoms,signs and checked Scr,BUN,Ccr,24hUPQ,Alb,Hb,Liver function,electrocardiogram and stool regulation,blood regulation,urine regulation before and after the treatment in clinical observation form.All data were handled using statistical software SPSS17.0to evaluate the efficacy and safety of renal failure in the soup. Result:1.Disease in the total effect:the treatment group has3cases of Markedly effective,8cases of effective,10cases of stable,9cases of no effective,the total efficiency of70.00%;and the control group has2cases markedly effective,6cases of effective,8cases of stable,14cases of no effective, the total efficiency of53.33%,between the two groups were significantly different(p<0.05),the total effect of the treatment group was curative better than the control group.2.TCM syndromes in terms of efficacy:the treatment group1cases recovered,12cases markedly effective,10cases of effective,the total effective rate was76.67%,and the control group1cases recovered,10cases markedly effective,8cases of effective,the total effective rate was63.33%,between the two groups were significantly different (p<0.05);two groups after treatment,Chinese medicine symptoms points are lower,with the pre-treatment comparison has significantly with the sex difference (p<0.05),between groups comparison there are significant differences (p<0.05),the improveing the clinical symptomshe treatment group was curative better than the control group.3.Laboratory parameters:Scr and BUN was lower than those before treatment in both groups,Ccr was higher than that before treatment,with the pre-treatment comparison has significantly with the sex difference(p<0.05).It shows that the treatment group and control group can improve renal function;between the two groups,after treatment Scr and Ccr were significantly different(p<0.05),indicating the treatment group to improve the Scr and Ccr was better than the control group.Treatment group,Hb,Alb was significantly higher,24hUPQ was lower After treatment,and compared with before treatment were significant differences(p<0.05),he contol group,Hb was higher After treatment,and compared with before treatment were significant differences(p<0.05); Hb,24hUPQ,Alb between the two groups after treatmentwere significant differences(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment group increased Hb,Alb,reduce24hUPQ were better than the control group.4.Security Analysis:There was no adverse effects or bad phenomenons happening during the treatment of.After treating renal function was improved compared with before treatment. It proved the treatment was safe and effective.Conclusion:Renal failure soup has good effect of treatmenting chronic renal failure,spleen and kidney Qi cloud stasis each node card.Renal failure of soup with a Western basis of the treatment can reduce Scr,BUN,24hUPQ levels, and increase Ccr, Hb,Alb and can improve the clinical symptoms and delay the development of chronic renal failure.It was better than the Xiqing capsule.Clinical application is securit. |
