| ObjectiveHubei hospital of TCM collected40case in chronic glomerulonephritis to practice a randomized controlled trial, to observe the effect chinese medicine and Losartan in treating Chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria, and to provide the basis for evidence based medicine.MethodFrom September2011to April2012,we included40cases with chronic glomerulonephritis. They were randomly divided into chinese medicine group and control group with the ratio of3:1. According to TCM syndromes of the patients, who they could be divided into five parts:the Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency spleen and kidney qi deficiency of wet card, blood stasis, dampheat syndrome. The chinese medicine group received relevant treatment of TCM besides the routine therapy. The control group accepted Losartan combined with routine therapy. The scores of TCM syndromes and laboratory index were observed at0,4th,8th weeks.Result1.At the8th week, scores of TCM syndromes of chinese medic ine group is significantly decreased comparing with0weeks (P< 0.01); After therapy, there is a significant difference between them(p<0.05).2.At8th week, both of two groups of24h urinary protein are significantly decreased comparing with0weeks (p<0.01); After therapy, thereis no significant difference between them(p>0.05).3.At8th week, both of two groups of UmAlb/Cr are significa ntly decreased comparing with0weeks (p<0.01); After therapy, there is no significant difference between them(p>0.05).4. At each visit viewpoint, U β2-MG comparison between the two groups were not significant differences.5. At each visit viewpoint, eGFRã€BUN,UA,Scr comparison bet ween the two groups were not significant differences.6. The chinese symptom efficacy of the two groups were comp ared. The clinical cure rates of chinese medicine group and cont rol group were20.00%,0%respectively, the effective rates were26.7%,20%respectively, the improvement rates were40%,30%respectively, the total improvement rates were86.67%,50%respc tively, there is a statistically difference between two groups (P<0.05).7. The clinical cure rates of Chinese medicine group and control group were16.67%%,20%respectively, the effective rates were23.33%,20%respectively, the improvement rates were40%,40%respectively, the total improvement rates were80%80%respectively, there is a statistically difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion1. Chinese medicine can make better to improve clinical symptom of TCM of chronic glomerulonephritis. 2. Both of two group showed similar efficacy in the treatmen t of24hour urinary protein dependence.3. Shortcomings of this article were that only design rando mized controlled experiment; The patients who had renal biopsi es had not repeat renal biopsies, it is not possible to judge t he effect of pathological. |
