| [Objective] We have researched on separation and purification about this technology for system test.Finally,we determined the process for industrial production of extraction and purification of Acorus tatarinowii rhizoma active constituents:and the preliminary safety evaluation for the effective parts obtained was accomplished.[Method] To determin the content of β-asorone in the volatile oil of Grass leaved Sweetflag by HPLC;Using the purity and extracting rate of β-asorone as index,a comparative study was made among different extraction methods including super fluid extraction,steam distillation,solvent extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction, enzymatic method,and the technological conditions and related parameters of the super fluid extraction and steam distillation were investigated;Using orthogonal experiments, the technology of the purification of β-asorone distillating under reduced pressure was optimized;To investigate kinds of physical and chemical properties of β-asorone,and evaluate preliminary safety evaluation through acute toxicity test.[Result] Having established the optium extracting conditions and the separation purificatory technology of β-asorone in the volatile oil of Grass leaved Sweetflag, quality standards of the purified β-asorone.The result of acute toxicity experiment showed that compared with total volatile oil,the toxicity of purified β-asorone decreased significantly,that more suitable to the demand of safe medication. |
