Objective: The clinical efficacy of the observed strengthening the foundation Shudecoction treatment of elderly patients with refractory angina pectoris and to explore itsmechanismMethods: The clinical study of60cases of elderly refractory angina pectoris yangpulse resistance were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group30cases, thecombination of conventional Western medicine treatment given to strengthening theeconomy Shumai Soup; control group (n=30), giving Western conventional treatmentcourse of60days.Results:1Guben Shumai Soup disease efficacy of the treatment of elderly refractoryangina total efficiency of83.4%, markedly effective rate56.6%; angina treatment groupthe total effective rate was86.7, markedly effective rate was60%; ECG efficacy,efficiency73.4%, markedly effective rate43.3%;, clinical symptoms to improve the totalefficiency of90%, markedly effective rate was46.7%, significantly better than the controlgroup (P <0.05or P <0.01);5, the treatment group before and after the treatment groupand control group, the Guben Shumai soup combined with routine western medicine canbe a significant reduction of TG, LDL-C, TC and increase HDL-C, with the control groupcompared to the significant difference (P <0.05or P <0.01).Conclusion: This study improved the theory of Chinese medicine in modern criticalcare treatment, affirmed the role of Chinese medicine in the treatment of critically ill, thatGuben Shu decoction combined with routine western medicine in the condition to improveelderly patients with refractory angina a significant effect, laid the foundation for furtherstudy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of refractory disease.
