| Objective:Based on the Modified Danggui ShaoyaoPowder in treating primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) syndrome of blood stasis and spleen deficiency type clinical observation, research of Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder for PNS clinical curative effect, provides the objective basis for the clinical treatment of PNS.Methods:A prospective, randomized controlled method, bring into blood stasis and spleen deficiency type60PNS patients, including30cases of Experimental group,30cases in the control group, the control group received standard hormone therapy and symptomatic treatment, in the experiment group, western medicine treatment based on the use of ModifiedDanggui Shaoyao Powder treatment. The course of treatment was8weeks. Two groups were observed and detected before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, signs of change.
