Shang Dejun In The Treatment Of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans And Blood Stasis Type Clinical Experience Of Progarm Controlled Study

Objective:through the two treatment regimens of case-control study, explore the old traditional Chinese medicine Professor Shang Dejun arteriosclerosis obliterans treated blood stasis clinical experience program advantages and characteristics. Method:the experience of project group selection case, derived from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, diagnosed with arteriosclerosis obliterans with blood stasis syndrome and in line with the national" eleven five" science and technology to support the requirements of the subject, from2009September to2010December in hospitalized patients, application is professor of arteriosclerosis obliterans treated experience programme; ordinary Chinese medicine group selection case, from Shandong Province, Ji’nan City Chinese medicine hospital, diagnosed with arteriosclerosis obliterans with blood stasis syndrome and in line with the national" eleven five" science and technology to support the requirements of the subject, from2009September to2010December in hospitalized patients; application of common traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Through the observation of patients with clinical symptoms, signs, hematology and ankle-brachial index to improve the situation, as well as two scheme of horizontal control, analysis of experience of famous doctor scheme advantages and characteristics. Results:the experience of project group compared with ordinary Chinese medicine group of patients before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms of ankle brachial index, blood lipid indices were obviously improved, significantly more treatment rate of75.9%, in the course of treatment has no obvious adverse reaction, on liver and renal function and no obvious adverse effect. Conclusion:the name of old Chinese experience programme, on arteriosclerosis obliterans and blood stasis type of curative effect, its mechanism may be related to improvement of blood circulation and microcirculation, expanding peripheral vascular, relieve the spasm of the blood vessel, the regulation of lipid metabolism disorder.
