Objective: The application of the law of nourishing yin, the the XinjiningTreatmentof patients with metabolic syndrome before contraction and chronic heart rate increasedclinical research, to observe the clinical efficacy and improved quality of life, therebywidening the Chinese medicine treatment of arrhythmiaideas and methods.Methods: A standard of62cases,29cases were randomly divided into treatmentgroup (n=33) and control group. Treatment group to the Xinji Ning (Shengdi20g,Huanglian10g, Huzhang15g, Taizishen30g, Chaozaoren30g, Boziren12g, Zhimu20g,Gansong20g), soaked in water for20minutes, the first force heat and simmer for10minutes gently for20minutes and then the text, a total of Jianqu liquid400ml, sooner orlater, after taking200ml. Control group to propafenone, each100mg orally, three times aday. Both groups were treated for four weeks, resting heart rate observed during the TCMclinical symptoms, ECG, blood sugar and insulin release test.Results: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group the effective rate of90.90%and75.9%in the control group, treatment group than the control group (R (-) treatment=0.5926, R (-) control=0.3946), cardiac arrhythmia improved significantly.Conclusion: The role of nourishing yin XinJiNing can significantly reduce thecontraction and rhythm of the metabolic syndrome in patients before, and improve patients’quality of life to nourishing yin contraction in the treatment of metabolic syndrome inpatients of chronic heart rate increase does good results.
