Clinical Study Of The Arthroscopic Reconstruction Of Anterior Cruciate Ligament With Allograft Tendon

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the arthroscopic allograft tendonreconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament.Materials and methods: In this study, cases from the orthopedic ward of sportsinjuries in the Hospital Affiliated Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，form January2010to March2011，the number of patients hospitalized in our departmentdiagnosed II, III degree anterior cruciate ligament injury by clinical and arthroscopic was32cases.All of them have clear history of knee injury. All patients accepted the allografttendon anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in the joints microscope.All thetransplanted tendon are deep-frozen allograft tibialis anterior tendon, operated allografttendon length reconstruction in the joints microscope. Femoral side across the nail, tibialside using absorbable interference screw fixation. This group of patients at1yearpostoperation all used the Lachman test, Lysholm score and IKDC score assessment.Results: In all patients, Postoperative wound healed in phase I, at8to10weeks theflexion and extension function of knee came to normal. in the group all32cases werefollowed up, the follow-up period was8to14months, with an average of12months.1cases symptoms improved not idealy.At the follow-up there are two cases that Lachmantest is2degrees positive, the rest are negative or1degree positive, the good rate is93.75%(30/32). Range of motion:0°~110°1case,0°to120°2cases,0°to130°in29cases, the original symptoms reduced or disappeared. Subjective assessment of kneefunction improved significantly, The treatment effect is Satisfactory.Conclusion:The curative effect of Arthroscopic allograft tendon reconstruction inthe anterior cruciate ligament of II, III degree injury is good.
