Background: With the increasing number of ACL injuries, there is an increasing demand for the selection of autogenous hamstring tendons and allogeneic tendons, but the appropriate graft selection has gradually become the focus. Some views support that the medium and long term effects of the two kinds of grafts are similar. However, compared with autogenous hamstring tendon, the medium and long term effect of allogeneic tendon reconstruction is still worrying, especially in the late stage of allogeneic tendon ligament relaxation. In view of the inconsistent medium and long term effect between allogeneic tendon and autogenous hamstring tendon in ACL reconstruction,it has become an urgent clinical practical problem to be solved. Objective: To compare the medium and long term results of reconstruction of ACL with autogenous hamstring tendon and allogeneic tendon under arthroscopy,so as to provide reference for the selection of materials for ACL reconstruction in the future. Methods: The database PubMed,The Cochrane Library,EMBASE,Ovid,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched by computer, and collected the randomized controlled trials on the medium and long-term efficacy of arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL with autogenous hamstring tendon and allogeneic tendon.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the researchers screened the literature, evaluated the quality of the literature, extracted the data, and used the software revman5.3 for analysis. Results: Finally,Six articles were included, all of which were randomized controlled trials. There were 673 patients in total,334 in autogenous hamstring tendon group and 339 in allogeneic tendon group.Meta analysis results show that: postoperative Tegner score[WMD=-0.04,CI95%(-0.30,0.22),P=0.75] indicated that there was no significant difference between the two groups;comparison of A-level ratio of postoperative IKDC score [RR =0.95,CI95%(0.79,1.14),P =0.56] indicated that there was no significant difference between the two groups;postoperative negative rate of Lachman test [RR = 0.96,CI95%(0.87,1.06),P = 0.39] indicated that there was no significant difference between the two groups;postoperative negative ratio of Pivot shift test[RR=0.95,CI95%(0.88,1.03),P=0.22] indicated that there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL with autogenous hamstring tendon and allograft has the same medium and long-term effect. In terms of graft selection, comprehensive judgment should be made according to the adaptive conditions of tendon, the economic level of patients and the functional requirements of patients.
