Clinical Research For 6 Month On Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment For Elderly Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: Analysis of 70 cases of elderly patient with chronice renal failure,in order to analyze the effect of traditional chinese medicine on treatment for elderly renal failure patient.Methods: select 70 patient in treatment group.Examined blood test result in order to see the effects of TCM on glomerula,,kidney blood test and liver blood test.Also analyze the 24 hr urine examination for creatinine,protein,and urea to see the kidney function.physical health and mental health among the elder chronic kidney disease.Focusing on patient that age 60+ and is constant taking Chinese herbal medicine.In this time also record Incidence of Renal replacement therapy and death case from our elderly chronic kidney Disease patient.Patient database with CKD 3-5,and e GFR?60m L/min/1.73 m2 followed for 6month.Results: The 6 month follow up result with combined treatment of TCM can improve de development trend of renal damage,could not see a significant change in the test result,but in this 6month no patient is needed for renal replacement therapy.
